For advisers

Help your clients get their affairs in good order

Clients arrive at their first meeting disorganised. Details are scattered across drawers, inboxes and half-remembered logins, and the session is spent reconstructing basics that should have been in the room already.

In Good Order changes that. Clients complete the workbook, including a purpose-built Adviser Briefing Sheet, before they see you - so meetings start with the full picture. An annual review keeps their records current, so every conversation after that starts from the same clean base.

How practice pricing works

Practices purchase In Good Order in volume rather than client by client. You place a single order for a block of access codes, then distribute those codes to clients whenever it suits - at onboarding, before an annual review, or as a welcome to a new household. Each code redeems one copy of the workbook.

How code distribution works

Onboarding a new client

Send a code with your welcome pack or first engagement letter. The client redeems it online and receives their own copy of the workbook instantly. By the first meeting, the Adviser Briefing Sheet is complete.

The annual review

The workbook includes an Annual Review Checklist. Clients revisit it each year before review meetings, so their records stay current and your conversation starts from an accurate picture rather than last year's facts.

Redemption and tracking

Each code is single-use and tied to the client's own email.

Privacy and your clients' data

In Good Order is private by design. The workbook is a file your client owns and keeps on their own device. Nothing they write in it is uploaded to us, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone - including your practice.

  • No account, no cloud sync, no login. The workbook lives with the client, not on our servers.
  • We never see what a client records. Personal, financial and family details entered into the workbook stay on their device.
  • The only details we hold for a code redemption are the client's name and email, used solely to deliver their copy and any annual review reminder they opt into.
  • Clients can withdraw consent and have their contact details removed at any time, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we offer practices

Bulk purchase codes

Buy In Good Order in volume for your client base at a practice rate. Distribute codes to clients as part of your onboarding or annual review, so every household you advise arrives prepared.

Adviser Briefing Sheet

A one-page summary clients complete before their meeting - assets, liabilities, key contacts, existing documents and current concerns. Your first session begins with the full picture, not a fact-find.
