Terms of sale and terms of use

These terms have two parts. Part A, the terms of sale, applies when you buy the In Good Order workbook. Part B, the terms of use, applies to everyone who uses this website and the workbook.

Who we are

In Good Order is a product of SafeKeeper, operated by Life in Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 54 682 182 403), an Australian company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Life in Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person buying or using the product.

Part A - Terms of sale

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy the In Good Order workbook from our website. Please read them before you purchase. By completing your order, you agree to them.

2. The product is a digital download

In Good Order is a digital product: a 52-page guide and a matching fill-in workbook covering thirteen areas of family life, together with the accompanying tools described on our website. It is supplied as a downloadable PDF file. It is not a physical product, nothing is posted to you, and no ongoing subscription or account is required to keep using it.

3. Price and payment

The workbook is a one-time purchase of $47 AUD. A household bundle of two licensed copies is available for $67 AUD. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment is handled by our secure checkout and payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a confirmation screen gives you access to your download, and we email a secure download link to the address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

Please check that your email address is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it. Download links are time limited for security. If your workbook has not arrived, or your link has expired, contact us at hello@mysafekeeper.com.au and we will resend it at no cost.

Because the file is yours to keep, we recommend saving a copy somewhere you can find it again.

5. Gift purchases

You can buy the workbook as a gift. If you choose the gift option at checkout, we will deliver it according to the details you provide. You are responsible for giving us the correct recipient details.

6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, the workbook must match its description, be fit for the purpose we describe, and be of acceptable quality.

If there is a major failure with the product, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if it is not fixed, to a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Our refund position

Because In Good Order is a digital product that is downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying by mistake, or because you have not used the workbook. This does not affect your rights above.

We will always help first: if your download fails, the file is corrupted, or the product is not what we described, contact us at hello@mysafekeeper.com.au with your order details. We will resend or repair the file where we can, and where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a refund, we will refund you to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days of agreeing the outcome.

If you were charged twice, or charged for an order you did not place, tell us and we will refund it.

8. Your licence to use the workbook

When you buy In Good Order, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own household. The household bundle provides two licensed copies for use within one household.

You may print and complete the workbook for your own use and keep it for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the workbook or its contents publicly, and you may not reproduce it for commercial purposes.

Part B - Terms of use

9. Using this website

You may use this website and its free resources for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them lawfully, and not to attempt to copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with them, or to use them in any way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

10. Intellectual property

We own all intellectual property rights in the In Good Order guide, workbook, tools and website content. Buying the product or using the site gives you a licence to use it as set out above, but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

11. General information only, not professional advice

In Good Order is a preparedness and organising tool. It helps you record and locate your important information, and everything we publish is general information only. It is not legal, financial, taxation, estate planning or medical advice, and it does not take account of your objectives or circumstances.

A completed workbook is not a will, a power of attorney, or any other legal document, and it does not replace one. Before making decisions about your estate, finances, health or legal affairs, seek advice from a qualified professional such as a solicitor, financial adviser, accountant or doctor. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your use of the workbook or this website.

12. Third party links and services

Our website and emails may link to other organisations, and our checkout and email delivery run through third party providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

13. Privacy

Our privacy policy and collection notice explains how we handle your personal information, and forms part of these terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be limited under Australian law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on our website at the time you buy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
