1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy the In Good Order workbook from our website. Please read them before you purchase. By completing your order, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
In Good Order is a product of SafeKeeper, operated by Life in Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]), an Australian company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Life in Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person buying the product.
3. The product
In Good Order is a digital product: a 52-page guide and a matching fill-in workbook covering thirteen areas of family life, together with the accompanying tools described on our website. It is delivered electronically as a downloadable file. It is not a physical product, and nothing is posted to you.
4. Price and payment
The workbook is a one-time purchase of $47 AUD. A household bundle of two licensed copies is available for $67 AUD. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
5. Delivery
After a successful payment, we deliver your workbook by email to the address you provide at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please check that your email address is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it. If your workbook has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us at hello@mysafekeeper.com.au and we will resend it.
6. Gift purchases
You can buy the workbook as a gift. If you choose the gift option at checkout, we will deliver it according to the details you provide. You are responsible for giving us the correct recipient details.
7. Your licence to use the workbook
When you buy In Good Order, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own household. The household bundle provides two licensed copies for use within one household.
You may print and complete the workbook for your own use and keep it for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the workbook or its contents publicly, and you may not reproduce it for commercial purposes.
8. Intellectual property
We own all intellectual property rights in the In Good Order guide, workbook, tools and website content. Buying the product gives you a licence to use it as set out above, but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right or remedy you have under that law.
10. This is not professional advice
In Good Order is an organising tool. It helps you record and locate your important information. It is not legal, financial, taxation or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional such as a solicitor, financial adviser, accountant or doctor. A completed workbook is not a will and does not replace one. You should seek your own professional advice before making decisions about your estate, finances, health or legal affairs. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your use of the workbook.
11. Acceptable use
You agree to use the product and website lawfully, and not to attempt to copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with them, or to use them in any way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be limited under Australian law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on our website at the time you buy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
