This policy explains how we collect, use, hold and protect your personal information when you visit our website, buy the In Good Order workbook, take the Family Preparedness Score, or contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

By using our website or buying our product, you agree to the handling of your personal information as described here.

2. Who we are

In Good Order is a product of SafeKeeper, operated by Life in Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd, an Australian company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Life in Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd.

3. The information we collect

We only collect the information we need to sell and deliver the workbook, answer your questions, and improve the product. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Your name and email address, when you buy the workbook, take the Family Preparedness Score and ask for your result, join a waitlist, or make an enquiry.
• Practice details, when an adviser submits an enquiry through the Advisers page.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Technical and usage information, such as your device type, browser, approximate location and how you move through the site, collected through analytics.

4. Dealing with us anonymously

You can browse the website, read our resources and take the Family Preparedness Score without telling us who you are. The quiz runs in your browser, and nothing is sent to us unless you choose to share your result or ask us to email it to you. You will need to give a name and email only when you buy the workbook or contact us, because we cannot deliver the product or reply otherwise.

5. How and why we collect your information

We collect personal information directly from you: when you complete the checkout, submit a form, take the quiz and ask for your result, or email us. We collect it so that we can:

• process your payment and deliver your workbook;
• provide the result and next steps you asked for;
• respond to your enquiry;
• send you the emails you agreed to receive; and
• keep records we are required to keep, such as proof of purchase.

We collect analytics information automatically through the tools described in section 11.

6. What we do not collect: your workbook stays yours

In Good Order is a document you own and control. The information you enter into your workbook - your accounts, contacts, wishes and the whereabouts of your important documents - stays in the file on your own device or wherever you choose to save it. We do not collect, store or have access to the contents of your completed workbook. That is by design.

7. How we use your information

We use your personal information to deliver what you asked for, run and improve our business, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

8. Direct marketing

If you agree, we may send you occasional emails about In Good Order, new resources, or seasonal reminders such as an annual review prompt. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or emailing hello@mysafekeeper.com.au. We will action your request promptly.

We will not use your information for direct marketing if you have asked us not to, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

9. Who we share your information with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform their function for us. These include:

• our payment provider (Stripe), to process payments securely;
• our email provider (Resend), to deliver your workbook and any emails you asked for;
• our database and hosting provider (Supabase), to store order and enquiry records; and
• our analytics provider (PostHog), to understand how the site is used.

Each of these providers handles your information under its own terms and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

10. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using our website and services, you consent to your information being stored and processed overseas by these providers.

11. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to help us understand how visitors use it, through our analytics provider. This information is aggregated and helps us improve the site. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

12. How we store and protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, through secure hosting, encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work only with reputable providers and review our practices regularly. When we no longer need your information and are not required to keep it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

13. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. Email hello@mysafekeeper.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is normally no charge, and if we cannot give you access we will explain why.

14. Making a complaint

If you think we have handled your personal information in a way that breaches the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first at hello@mysafekeeper.com.au so we can try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on our website, with the date it took effect shown at the top.
